Tracking Workspace Actions with the Activity Log

Easily track workspace actions with the Activity Log. Monitor downloads, edits, moves, deletions, and status updates.

The Activity Log lets you monitor all important actions performed in a workspace, helping you maintain control and transparency over your projects.

How to Access the Activity Log

  1. Select the workspace you want to monitor.

  2. Click the Activity Log icon in the toolbar.

This will display a record of all tracked actions, including:

  • Downloads

  • Renames

  • Moves

  • Duplications

  • Deletions

  • Status changes

Filtering and Viewing Activity

You can choose between two viewing options:

  • Entire Workspace – See all actions from all designs in the workspace.

  • Specific Design or Folder – Filter the log to show only the activity for one design or folder.

Refreshing the Activity Log

Click the Refresh button to load the most recent activity.

Note: The Activity Log does not track sign-ins/sign-outs, searches, or design filtering actions.

Plan Availability

The Activity Log feature is available exclusively with the Team plan. If you don’t have this plan yet, consider upgrading to benefit from enhanced tracking and accountability features.
