Sharing and Collaborating on Designs and Sets

Learn how to share, view, and collaborate on design and sets. View at full size for accuracy and use comments for precise feedback.

You can share a preview link to your design directly from the Editor, or while in your Workspace.

In your workspace:

  • Hover over the design thumbnail

  • Click View

  • Select Copy share link

Or:

  • Hover over the design thumbnail

  • Click the More menu (three dots)

  • Choose Copy share link

In the Editor:

  • Click on the Link icon in the top bar

  • The public link of the design will open in an adjacent tab, together with a preview of the design

Design sets, unlike single designs, have a slightly different sharing process. When created in the Generator, the share link applies to the entire set. You can still access individual size links, but for sharing the whole set, use the options dropdown menu in your workspace.

How to Share a Design Set in Workspace

  • Share the whole set – From your workspace, locate the design set, click the options dropdown, and copy the set link.

  • Share individual sizes – Open the set and copy the share link for a specific design size.

How to Share a Design Set in Editor

  • Share the whole set – Click on the Link icon in the top bar. The public link of the design set will open in an adjacent tab, together with a preview of the set in Grid View mode.

  • Share individual sizes – Enter the isolation editing mode for that specific size, then Click on the Link icon in the top bar.

Viewing Your Design Set

You can choose between:

  • Grid View

Shows all designs from the set at once in a compact, tiled layout.

  • Individual View

Displays each design at its actual size.


​Tip: Always check designs in Individual View for accuracy. Grid View compresses designs, which may cause quality loss or element misalignment.

Using Comments for Better Collaboration

The improved comments feature makes feedback more precise:

  1. Open a design in your set.

  2. Click exactly on the area you want to comment on.

  3. Leave clear instructions for your teammates or clients.
