Managing Email Notifications for Design Comments

Staying up to date with feedback is crucial for smooth collaboration. The email notification for design comments feature ensures you’re instantly informed when someone leaves a comment on your shared design link.

How Comment Email Notifications Work

Whenever a teammate, client, or guest comments on the share link of your design, you’ll receive an email notification with the details. This helps you respond promptly and keep the design review process moving efficiently.

Turning Off Email Notifications

For Account Holders (Plus or Team Plans)

If you no longer want to receive comment notification emails:

  1. Click the Unsubscribe button in any comment notification email.

  2. You’ll be redirected to your Email Settings page in your account.

  3. Update your notification preferences as desired.

You can also access these settings anytime by going to:
Account Options → Email Settings.

For Clients or Guests

Clients or guests who have access to your share link and receive email notifications for comments or replies can also opt out:

  1. Open any notification email.

  2. Click the Unsubscribe link.

  3. This will stop all future comment notifications.

Tip: Keep notifications enabled during active review periods to ensure you don’t miss important feedback. You can disable them later once a project is finalized.
