Once you’ve invited your colleagues and assigned roles in your Team account, you can start collaborating on designs directly within your workspace.
Viewing Team Members’ Designs
From the main workspace page, use the filter in the upper right corner to view designs created by other team members.
View access lets you browse designs without changes.
Edit access enables you to make updates directly.
Copy access allows you to duplicate a design into your own workspace for customization.
Tracking Progress with Status Markers
Use the built-in marking system to indicate a design’s progress. Mark a design or set as In Progress or Done so your team always knows its status at a glance.
Organizing Designs with Folders
Folders help keep your projects organized.
View your available folders in the left-hand panel.
Create new folders anytime to categorize designs.
Drag and drop designs between folders to reorganize them easily.
