Managing Your Workspace Library

Learn how to manage images, fonts, templates, and color palettes in your workspace library for faster, more consistent design creation.

Updated this week

Your workspace library is the central hub for organizing and managing all your uploaded creative assets, including images, fonts, custom templates, and saved color palettes. A well-structured library saves time, keeps your projects consistent, and ensures your entire team works with the right resources.

Organizing and Managing Images

This structure helps you quickly locate the right visuals for any design without sifting through unrelated files.

Managing Fonts

The Typography section allows you to upload, preview, and manage custom fonts. This ensures brand consistency across all your designs.

  • Preview uploaded fonts before applying them

  • Organize fonts for easy selection in the design editor

  • Remove unused fonts to keep your workspace clean

Working With Custom Templates

The Templates section stores all custom templates you’ve created and saved. From here, you can:

  • Browse your template library by category or keyword

  • Edit existing templates to fit new projects

  • Start a new design directly from a saved template

  • Keep frequently used layouts easily accessible for your team

Creating and Saving Color Palettes

In addition to media assets, you can create your own color palettes and save them for consistent brand usage. These palettes can be applied to backgrounds, shapes, and other design elements that require solid colors.
