Uploading Images
Technical Requirements
Maximum file size: 10 MB
Accepted formats: JPG, PNG, SVG, GIF
Recommendations for Best Performance
Use JPG or PNG under 5 MB.
Use SVG or GIF under 3 MB.
Ensure the file extension is correct and the file is not corrupted.
Upload up to 10 images at once for smoother performance.
Uploading Videos
Technical Requirements
Maximum duration: 5 minutes
Maximum file size: 100 MB
Accepted formats: AVCHD, AVI, MKV, MOV, MP4, WEBM, WMV
Uploading Audio Files
Technical Requirements
Accepted formats: WAV, MP3, OGG
Maximum file size: 10 MB
Audio playback is supported only when exporting your design as MP4 or HTML5.
Upload Process
Go to Elements → My Uploads and click Upload file(s).
Or drag and drop the audio file directly onto the canvas from your device.
In the Design Generator, click NEW LAYER → My Uploads or double-click the size you want to edit (focus mode) to drag and drop the file.
Optimization Tips
Delete unused files from your workspace for faster load times.
When saving designs, images are automatically compressed and resized to create the smallest possible export file (HTML5 package).
Keep media sizes optimized for quicker rendering and improved performance.
