Uploading and Using Custom Fonts

Learn how to upload, manage, and set custom fonts in the editor to keep your designs on-brand and visually consistent.

Updated this week

Custom fonts let you maintain brand consistency and give your designs a unique touch. You can easily upload and manage your own fonts directly from the platform.

How to Upload a Custom Font

You can add a custom font in two simple ways:

  1. From Your Library – Go to your Library and open the Typography section. Click Upload font and select your file (commonly supported formats include .TTF, .OTF, or .WOFF).

On the right, the Typography options panel previews sample heading, subheading, and body text in the Poppins font with adjustable style and size controls.

2. Directly in the Editor – While working on a design, open the Text tool, select the font dropdown, and click Upload font.

The panel displays options for uploading custom fonts, with a highlighted “Upload your font” button. The design canvas shows a Valentine-themed banner with the text “Delight in every bite!” and an image of a woman eating a dessert.

Once uploaded, your custom font will be available in the font list for all your projects.

Managing Your Custom Fonts

  • Access the Typography section in your library to view, rename, or delete uploaded fonts.

  • Check and preview different font styles before applying them to a design.

  • Save your preferred custom font as a default preset so new text boxes automatically use it.

Best Practices for Custom Fonts

  • Use font files that are optimized for web to ensure fast loading.

  • Make sure you have the proper licensing rights before uploading any font.

  • Test your font at different sizes to ensure legibility across devices.
