Why Use Custom Templates?

If you frequently need to create multiple designs based on the same structure, custom templates can save you time and keep your branding consistent. With the Add to Templates feature, you can save your own design layouts and reuse them anytime across your projects.

How to Create a Custom Template

  1. Design Your Layout – Start by creating a design in the editor.

  2. Save Your Design – Once satisfied, save your design in your workspace.

  3. Add to Templates – From your workspace, add the design to your template library.

After saving, you can start a new design from:

  • Your template library

  • The Create New option, selecting your preferred size, then importing your template from the creator’s template section

Note: Templates are size-specific, but you can use the Resize feature to adapt them to new dimensions and shapes.

Custom Templates in the Design Generator

The Custom Template feature is also available in the Design Generator, allowing you to:

  • Save entire design sets as templates

  • Start a design in any size, even if it’s different from the original template size

  • Apply templates directly from your Brand Library or from the template selection panel before opening the Generator

Our resize algorithm ensures your elements are scaled and aligned properly when generating sets from different-sized templates.
