Welcome to Bannersnack Support

What is the embed code and how can I use it?

The embed code is a piece of html code of your banner that you can add to your website so the content you want to provide to your readers is shown where they are used to finding you. Below you can see an example of a banner created using Bannersnack, embedded on a website.

To use this feature:

  1. Log into your Bannersnack account and click on My banners.
  2. Hover your mouse over the banner that you want to embed and in the top right corner click on the "More" icon and then on the "Embed" icon.
  3. By clicking on the "Settings" icon, you can choose the way the banner will appear on your website: inlay in page; on top page; centered pop-up; bottom overlay.
  4. Copy the code then  paste it on your website in a html supporting medium, like the source file of your website, or in an embed box.

Note*: Most websites will work better across devices and browsers with the default JavaScript embed code. However, sites hosted by third party producers such as Wordpress, Weebly, Tumblr, Ebay, etc. may restrict JavaScript code inside their pages. If this is the case for you, make sure to check the "iFrame"option before copying the code from Bannersnack.
