Using the free version of Bannersnack comes with certain restrictions applied to your account in terms of feature availability, downloadable formats and number of banners that you can create.
We always recommend a subscription if you’re using Bannersnack on a regular basis but if you decide to stick with the free plan, here are some things that you might find useful related to its limitations.
Since the free plan was designed to pose as a trial for our new users, most of the design features are limited in their functionality or availability. These constraints include restricted access to our multi banner Generator, limited Animations in the timeline and magic animate template, a watermark on your banners hosted through our embed code and a low daily embed view limit.
In terms of content, restrictions are applied to the number of accessible assets such as images, templates and presets found in the Editor, along with downloadable formats having only static compositions available (JPG, PNG, and Static GIF).
All of our premium content is marked with a white star on an orange background and can be easily identified on each individual element that is not available on the free plan.
A lifetime limit is also applied on the number of Banners that you can create in your workspace meaning that your account cannot generate more than 10 banners/account. The counter applies on the account as a whole so even if you delete a creative, it will not reset.
There is, however, a workaround for this matter and all you need to do is, instead of creating a new banner, just click edit on an asset of your choosing and simply replace the current content applying a new design aspect.
Note*: Some advanced features such as own templates, branded sharelink and additional workspaces, are only available within the Plus or Team plan.
