Resolve SSL certificate conflicts with your hosting provider.
1. Domain Name Status is Pending
If your domain status remains Pending, it’s usually caused by an incorrect CNAME setup in your domain’s DNS registrar.
Steps to Fix:
Open your domain registrar’s DNS settings and confirm the CNAME record for your chosen subdomain.
You can use any prefix you like, such as
designads
ordesigns
.The format should be:
designads.mywebsite.com
Point the subdomain to:
share.bannersnack.com
Check for typos in:
Your DNS registrar settings.
The Hostname field in your Custom Branding settings.
Pro Tip: DNS propagation can take several hours. If your setup is correct, allow time before rechecking the status.
2. SSL Certificate Status is Pending
If you’ve enabled the SSL connection option but the certificate status is Pending, the problem may be with your hosting provider’s SSL settings.
Common Causes and Fixes:
Your website does not support HTTPS.
Ensure your hosting provider supports SSL connections.SSL negotiation conflicts.
When SSL is enabled in your account, our server initiates certificate negotiation with your hosting provider.Some providers (e.g., Cloudflare) also perform SSL negotiation by default, causing conflicts.
Solution: Temporarily disable SSL certificate negotiation in your hosting settings so our certificate can be issued successfully.

If you’ve completed the checks above and your status is still Pending:
